Training | workout

You can expect a full body workout, strength and endurance.

During the 60 minutes your coach explains you everything, accompanies you and is at your side during the training.

After training | post workout

Your coach will answer all your questions. We will discuss your goals and motivation.

We look forward to having you with us in the future at CrossFit YAY.

With OnRamp you have the perfect start.

We concentrate even more on the technique of the exercises and on intensive endurance training.
