¿ Why CrossFit ?
CrossFit is the perfect training method in which you do weightlifting, sprinting,
combine body weight exercises and gymnastics.
Our goal is to be well trained in all different fitness disciplines:
endurance (cardiovascular or respiratory endurance and stamina), power (power and strength),
Agility, speed, dexterity, balance, coordination and accuracy.
